Trustline gives guardians complete control over who can contact cognitively vulnerable adults — with built-in allow-lists, browser controls, and real-time location sharing.
Platform Features
Only approved contacts can communicate with the ACV. Unknown attempts are silently blocked and logged for guardian review.
ACVs can only visit guardian-approved websites. Blocked attempts are recorded, and ACVs can request access to new sites.
Guardians can view the ACV's last known location on a map with stale/offline indicators and 5-minute update cadence.
1:1 and group messaging, voice and video calling — all gated by the allow-list so only approved contacts can connect.
ACV devices authenticate with X.509 certificates — no passwords required. Guardians can revoke access instantly.
ACVs can submit requests to add contacts or websites. Guardians approve or deny with a note, and ACVs are notified.
